Recently, CONCELA Automation Technology Co., Ltd. welcomed a group of distinguished guests from afar – a delegation of customers from Italy. The purpose of this visit was to conduct on-site inspections of CONCELA Automation's R&D capabilities and manufacturing standards, and to hold friendly discussions on in-depth cooperation in the field of automation technology.

Focusing on core technologies, showcasing independent R&D capabilities

During the visit, the clients focused on the company's core product showcase and production testing workshop. CONCELA's independently developed high-performance robot was the center of attention. This industrial robot integrates advanced control algorithms, high-precision sensing technology, and modular design. Its smooth operation, accurate positioning, and flexibility in handling complex tasks won high praise from the clients. Following this, the client toured the production workshop and observed the entire process of CONCELA's fully automated scaffolding welding equipment, customized for a well-known scaffolding manufacturer. Welding equipment was specifically designed for the client's Ledger and Standard scaffolding models. This automated solution integrates fully automated feeding, positioning, automatic inspection, welding, and unloading processes, achieving efficient and integrated production of scaffolding products. During the visit, CONCELA engineers highlighted the equipment's outstanding performance in welding quality and process precision: uniform and strong welds, fully compliant with international CE and UL standards; simultaneously, a precise motion control system ensures the positional accuracy of each weld point, effectively guaranteeing the structural strength and consistency of the final product. This highly specialized customized equipment fully demonstrates CONCELA Automation's strong capabilities in deeply cultivating niche markets and solving user pain points through technology.
