European customers visit Concela: work together for a win-win situation and common development

Recently, a Belgian customer made a special trip to visit Suzhou Concela Automation Technology Co., Ltd., firstly to conduct an on-site inspection of the company, and secondly to discuss cooperation matters with our company. Although the journey is long and busy, everyone remains optimistic for increase learning and exchange opportunities.

The general manager of the company, and company members expressed a warm welcome to the customers. After taking a short break in the conference room, they discussed and exchanged technical issues on the cooperation projects between the two parties. During that time period, the mechanical department took the opportunity to discuss the pending issues that users were worried about. The technical solutions were explained in an all-round way, gradually dispelling users' concerns.
Then the general manager accompanied the customers to visit the Suzhou Concela automated production lines and product display areas, and introduced the production, installation, and debugging of the company's products in detail. When the customer walked into the Concela debugging workshop and heard the general manager introduce the process of the production line, the customers were quite amazed because there are very few manufacturers that can meet this standard, especially if it is more advanced than foreign equipment, which also makes him more recognized for Concela's professionalism. During the visit, the general manager put the customers at ease by answering all their questions.

After the visit, the project department introduced our company's current development status, product technical improvements, sales cases, and so on to the customer, after which the two parties discussed their subsequent cooperation matters.

The customer was deeply impressed by our company's good working environment, orderly production process, strict quality control, harmonious working atmosphere, and hard-working employees. He then proceeded to sign an equipment order on the spot. This moment can best be described as a win-win situation and the conception of a good cooperation between both parties.
